Flying Kronos has Viking Kronos’ dam Conch as his third dam. He boasts the double Prix d’Amérique champion and multiple world-record holder Face Time Bourbon as his sire, giving him every opportunity for an exciting career as a stallion.
Flying Kronos was born in Sweden, but thanks to his pedigree and physical qualities he earned a chance in the United States, where he quickly proved he could compete with the very best. He won the Simpson Stake and finished third in the Canadian Trot. In total, 16 starts for Åke Svanstedt resulted in 2.1 million SEK in earnings and a 1:52-record (1.09,6)
Flying Kronos is a sibling to the superstar Aetos Kronos (by Bold Eagle), and the pair also share Ready Cash as their paternal grandsire. Their sibling, Gifted Kronos, has also shown this year that she belongs among the very best three-year-old fillies in Sweden. But the Conch maternal line produces stars in every country. Her daughter Womans Will was a top filly herself and has produced Woman of Passion 1:50,3/$727,641.
